Miley Cyrus joins with the Starkey Hearing Foundation again for a second trip to Haiti. This is a charity trip that aims to help deaf Haitan children by giving them more than 400 hearing aids. According to Miley, this is the most worthy job she ever did. And to see the smile and laughter of those children is such a priceless thing to consider.
