Winter Park (Fla.) High top wide receiver D’Vario Montgomery was banned from joining to any athletic activities due to in-game misconduct. At first, the HS player was given one-game ban, but after the officials reviewed the referee’s report, it was increased into a six-week suspension. Montgomery claims that he never committed the accused
violation which is cursing at an official.
