The 45-year-old mom Tracey Richter was sentenced to life in prison after proved guilty of killing her neighbor at Iowa for the reason of framing up her ex-husband. In 2001, Richter shot the 20-year-old Dustin Wehde in her home claiming that it was just a self defense. According to her Dustin and two other man were hired by her ex-husband to kill her and her children.
