Dyson Vacuum Cleaner History

The Dyson vacuum cleaner was invented by James Dyson who was born on 2nd May possibly 1947.

Some time within the late 1970’s Dyson set out to make the very first vacuum cleaner that wouldn’t lose suction. His inspiration for ones thought came from his frustration on the poor performance he was getting from his Hoover Junior vacuum that he owned. The performance problems came from dirt clogging up in the bag which final results inside a loss of suction. - This issue even now exists in numerous vacuum cleaners today.

Dyson knew he needed to produce a bag-less cleaner. This is in which he came up in the concept of using cyclonic separation. Dyson got to work with his ideas & right after five years of difficult work he launched the “G Force” bag-less v-cleaner in 1983, but there was a problem.

When Dyson tried to launch his new product to the U.K. Marketplace he was faced with rejection. No distributor or manufacturer would take in his solution to marketplace as it was in danger of dangerous the v-cleaner bag industry which was worth plenty of money.

Dyson had to contemplate launching his bag-less cleaner in one more region so he turned to Japan. He was successful & his solution was soon being sold through a catalogue & was on sale for ?2,000. This might appear like a great deal of cash but there was no other item like this anywhere inside world.

He filed a U.S patent on his new invention which was granted in 1986. His product went on to win the International Model Fair prize in Japan in 1991.

Dyson eventually broke into the U.K marketplace around 10 many years after his first notion for your bag-less v-cleaner & his breakthrough came form a TV advert he put out. His advert described how his item was far superior to his competition by showing how his vacuum cleaner did not need the changing of bags & it did not lose suction.

The dyson vacuum cleaner parts is now well identified to your “Ball” feature in which the notion genuinely came from his brother. This thought was not original intended to your vacuum cleaner but to your wheelbarrow where a ball replaced the wheel. This invention was named the Ballbarrow but it in no way caught on. Even so in 2005 Dyson introduced the ball feature to his vacuum cleaner which makes it much more manoeuvrable.

Dyson went on to out sell all his competitors inside the U.K market & achieved sever awards for his inventions.
